You can choose whether you want to view product pictures or not by placing a tick in the 'Display images' box which can be found at the top of each product list.
It's as easy as writing a shopping list
Type all of the products you want into Express Shop, select 'Search' and we'll show you all the products we have relating to the first item on your list. To look for the next item on your list just click on it or use the 'Next' button that appears beside your list.
The fastest way to place your order is to use the Previous Orders feature. Simply add all your products from your last order.
We have created a number of lists with a selection of products, which will help you make your choice of items a little easier – we call these Quick Lists. You can then select from our range of Quick Lists for a fast and convenient way of shopping for specific events such as a family BBQ or to re-order office stationery.
Have your shopping delivered to your home or office address. Simply visit 'Address details' in My Account and update your address.
Browse through a delightful selection of recipes all year round. To add any of the ingredients into your trolley, simply click the "Add all products" button at the bottom of the page.

Select this icon to add your favourite products to your personalised shopping list – My Lists. They are a great way to organise the products you shop for regularly. Create a cleaning or laundry list with your essentials.
We recommend that you reserve a delivery time before you start shopping, to avoid missing out on the most suitable time slot for you.
Your personal shopper picks your order by hand ahead of your delivery, so not all the products you have ordered may be available when your order is shopped. That is why we ask you to tell us what you want us to do if your first choice is not available. These are called your substitutions.
