Do I have to become a Coles eCommunity member to use Coles web site?
It is not compulsory for you to be a member of Coles eCommunity. However there are a number of benefits that are only available to members. If you would like more information about joining Coles eCommunity, take a look out our member benefits.
How can I update my personal information?
Coles eCommunity Members can update their name, address, telephone & e-mail details by clicking on update my personal details. To change information about you, like your FlyBuys or Baby Club member number click on update my profile.
Can I cancel my membership at anytime? Is there a fee for cancelling?
You can choose to cancel your membership with Coles eCommunity or Coles Baby club at anytime without having to provide a reason.
If you wish to cancel your:
- Coles Baby club membership now, click here or call Coles Baby Club on 1800 645 000.
- Coles eCommunity Membership include your member name and details in an e-mail to webmaster@coles.com.au.
There is no fee for cancelling a membership.

To visit the FlyBuys web site visit www.flybuys.com.au. To join FlyBuys simply:
- Call 13 1116 Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm (Melbourne Time; excluding public holidays)
- pick up an application form at your local Coles store

The Coles Baby Club is designed for expectant parents and parents with children between the ages of 0-2. It aims to provide members with leading edge information on parenting, and provide exclusive member benefits.

How often will I receive Coles Baby magazine?
The magazine is sent to member's who are pregnant or have children between the ages of 0 and 2 years during the first two weeks of March, June, September and December.
Why have I not received my Coles Baby magazine?
The Coles Baby magazine is sent to our members who are pregnant or have children between the ages of 0-2 years . If you have not received your magazine you may wish to confirm that we have your correct details by clicking on update my details. If we have your correct details please telephone the Coles Baby Club hotline on 1800 645 000 and we will be able to assist you in ascertaining why you haven't received your magazine.

Am I obligated to purchase extra groceries or special offers by being a member of Coles Baby Club?
From time to time Coles Baby Club may offer you exclusive members offers but you are under no obligation to purchase extra groceries or to utilise the offers.

Can I join on behalf of my friend/sister/cousin etc?
All Coles Baby Club members must provide their personal details and agree to the terms and conditions of the club upon joining, therefore unfortunately you cannot join up somebody else on their behalf. Membership however isn't limited to parents of children, you can join us as an aunty, grandma or friend!
Can I cancel my Coles Baby Club membership at anytime?
Yes you can cancel your Coles Baby Club membership by calling our call centre on 1800 645 000. There is no fee for cancelling a membership.

Can I choose which marketing companies I am contacted by?
You can choose not to receive information and offers about useful products, discounts, special offers, tips, competitions and events from other companies other than the introductory mailout and magazines. However should you choose to receive information from other parties we can't be selective in which information you do receive. If you change your mind visit the Special offers section of the members area and change your preferences. We ill not overload you with information, but we would like to keep you posted on whats happening at Coles and other special offers.
How secure is your service?
Your privacy is very important to us and Coles will always act to protect your information. We take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely. In particular, we want you to feel confident in dealing with us on the Internet. Coles Supermarket feedback, contact, application forms & member details sections use a process called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL locks all information passed from you to us in an encrypted envelope making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.
