Fish Balls - Coles Baby Club

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • ˝ onion
  • 180 g (6 oz) canned tuna (salt reduced)
  • ˝ carrot, grated
  • 1 small zucchini (courgette), grated
  • 1 egg
  • plain (all-purpose) flour

Instructions

Peel potato and onion and cut into chunks. Cook until soft, then mash until smooth. (Do not use food processor as potato ‘overprocesses’ and will go very watery.) Add remaining ingredients except flour. Shape into balls, roll in flour and cook quickly in a lightly heated greased frypan or a non-stick pan. Delicious warm or cold. Serve with snow peas, shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
