Fried Rice - Coles Baby Club

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (40g / 1 ½ oz) white rice
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • ½ carrot, diced
  • 30g (1 oz) peas
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

Cook rice, onion, carrot and peas and mix together. Beat egg and cook quickly in a lightly oiled frypan. Chop into pieces. Add rice and vegetables, sprinkle with a little soy sauce. Great for lunch or to serve at dinner time with some chopped, cooked chicken pieces. Should be some left over for mum, too!
