Little Meatballs - Coles Baby Club

  • Makes 8-10

Ingredients

  • 250g (8 oz) lean minced steak
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Make meatballs using a teaspoon of mixture. Paint a heavy bottomed frypan with cooking oil, or use a non-stick pan (in which case no oil is needed). Heat and cook quickly until brown. Serve a few meatballs warm or cold. Freeze the remainder.

This is a good recipe for party food as well as everyday fare.
