Boiled Egg Custard - Coles Baby Club

Ingredients / Instructions

  • Mix 1 tablespoon cornflour with a little cold milk.
  • Mix in 1 egg.
  • Add a few drops of vanilla (if you like)
  • Bring 300mls milk to the boil.
  • Pour slowly into the egg and cornflour mixture, stirring all the time.
  • Return mixture to saucepan and cook, stirring until thick.
  • Simmer for 3 minutes.
