Rough Vegetables - Coles Baby Club

Ingredients

  • Small pieces (about 4cm / 1 ˝ in) carrot
  • parsnip and potato
  • plus a few peas.

Instructions

Prepare vegetables, steam or microwave until tender, use a course attachment on the baby mouli or fork mash roughly for more texture. If too textured, add a little cooled boiled water or formula.

A food processor tends to process baby’s food too fine now – and it is awful to wash! – so once baby can manage more textured foods, don’t bother with it.
