As the enjoyment of good home-made food and the love of cooking spreads throughout the world, it's important to have easy-to-follow conversions of measures in our recipes.

In some countries they use metric measures, in other imperial measures, and many cooks like to use handy cup and spoon measures.

In Australia, we use metric measures and cup and spoon measures approved by the Standards Association of Australia.
