Points collected at Coles Group stores will be added to your account usually within one or two days. For other partners, you may need to allow a week or so, and for bonus point promotions the time will vary - please check the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.

If you shopped at Coles, you can return to the same store within seven days with your receipt and Flybuys card and we can add the points to your account. For other partners please contact the Flybuys service centre on 13 1116 Monday to Friday 9am-7pm AEST. Please note limitations apply.

Log onto flybuys.com.au using your membership number and password. Click 'My Account' from the main menu. Select the cardholder you require a replacement card for from the list of cardholders linked to the account and submit request from the options in the top right of the cardholders profile window.

Log onto flybuys.com.au using your membership number and password;

1. From the main menu choose “Rewards”, then “Money off shop”, then select “Flybuys Dollars” and “Get it Now”
2. Complete the required information, and set up a 4-digit PIN
3. Select how many points you want to exchange for Flybuys Dollars
4. Choose “Redeem now” and the Flybuys Dollars you requested will be loaded onto your Flybuys card

Log onto flybuys.com.au using your membership number and password;

1. From the main menu choose “Rewards”
2. Browse from the listed rewards and select a reward you want to redeem and follow the prompts

In order to protect Flybuys Dollars that are loaded to your card we ask that you set up a four-digit PIN. To view or change your PIN click 'My Account' from the main menu. Select 'Account Details' from the submenu, and scroll down to Flybuys Dollars.
