Cash on Delivery is available in some stores for elderly and infirm customers. Customers can also phone or fax in their order. Please ask your local store about our delivery costs and availability, as this will vary from store to store.

Facilities for elderly and disabled people

Wheelchair and disabled trolleys are available in all stores. Electronic trolleys (mart carts), wheelchair access, wider aisles, home deliveries and carry to car service are available in many Coles stores. Please ask a staff member if these services are available in your local Coles store.
