At this stage the app currently displays prices for items on special. We are constantly working on new features and will be including all pricing in the app in the future. Keep an eye out for new versions of the Coles app in the Google Play Store and App Store as we continuously try to improve and release new features.
Currently you are unable to purchase items directly through the app. However it is possible to send your list to Coles Online to complete your purchase via the website. Tap the ‘more’ icon on the Lists screen (the ‘more’ icon looks like the three vertical dots) and then select ‘send to coles online’. From here you’ll be able to log in to your Coles Online account to shop and choose your delivery preference directly.
Hate missing out when your favourite items go on special? Simply tap ‘watch’ on any product and when it goes on special, you will see a yellow label on the Watching button of the home screen. When you no longer want to watch an item, simply tap the ‘unwatch’ button.
The ‘add to list’ button enables you to add products you are interested in to your Shopping List so you can remember the items you need when shopping at Coles. Your list also enables you to shop faster by sorting your products into the aisles they are located in at your local Coles store.
Run out of a product in your pantry and don’t want to forget to buy it? You can easily add it your shopping list. Simply go to 'product scanner’ from the menu and scan the product barcode.
Your lists can be viewed by tapping the ‘lists’ icon that appears in the header of most screens. You can create a new list by tapping the ‘create new list’ button.
All of your lists can be viewed by tapping the ‘lists’ icon on most screens. Tapping this will show you all your current lists and allow you to select a list to add products to as well as activate and deactivate your lists.
To delete an item from your shopping list long tap on the item you would like to delete. The item you have tapped on will be highlighted in grey. To delete this item from your list, tap the bin icon in the top right corner and confirm “delete”. The item will then be removed from your list.
To delete more than one item from your shopping list, long tap on an item you would like to delete. The item you have tapped on will be highlighted in grey. Continue to tap on the other items you wish to delete. Tap on the bin icon in the top right corner and confirm ‘“delete’”. The items will then be removed from your list. You can also tap the tick icon next to the bin icon to select all items in your list. To unselect an item, simply re-tap on the item or to unselect all items you have selected, tap the’ “x’” icon in the top right corner. Tap the bin icon in the top right corner and confirm “delete”. The items will then be removed from your list.
You can share your list via Email or SMS, by tapping on the three vertical dots and selecting the ‘share’. Sharing and synching of lists with other people will be added to the app in the future.
Your item has moved to ‘got it’. Got it allows you to track products you have put in your trolley while shopping in-store. Simply check off each item as you put it in your trolley. To view items in Got it, simply tap the basket icon in the Header of the Lists screen. To move the item back to your active list, simply tap on the checkbox. If you would like to move all of your Got it items back to your active list, simply tap the Up arrow in the top right hand corner of the Got it screen. This action will move all of your Got it items to your active list.
Currently we do not provide the ability for your list to be purchased online via this app. However, it is possible to send your list to Coles Online. You can still access your household’s flybuys shopping history by tapping ‘bought before’ on the home screen. Simply add your flybuys card and browse your previously purchased products by category and add them to your shopping list.
Your digital flybuys card may not work at all checkouts particularly flybuys partner stores. At Coles, make sure you’re using the correct scanner at the assisted check out. This scanner can be located on the left or right side of the check out. Ask a Team Member for assistance if the scanner is unable to detect the barcode.
To change the store the app is set to, tap on ‘store finder’ located in the main menu. Enter the suburb, postcode or store name you would like to change your store to. Select the store from the results and tap ‘make this my store’ at the bottom of the details screen. Tapping the store name from within the Home screen, Specials screen, Lists screen or Watching screen will also allow you to change stores.
Lost trolleys can be reported in the Coles App. Simply tap on the Navigation Menu and scroll to ‘report abandoned trolley’ to fill out the form and press submit.
Yes you can. Simply tap ‘intro tour’ at the bottom of the main menu.
