At this stage the app currently displays prices for items on special. We are working on including pricing for every product and this will be released in future. Keep an eye out for new versions of the Coles app in the Google Play Store and App Store as we continuously improve and release new features.
Currently you are unable to purchase items directly through the app. However it is possible to send your list to Coles Online to complete your purchase via the website. Tap the ‘more’ icon on the Lists screen (the ‘more’ icon looks like the three vertical dots) and then select ‘send to coles online’. From here you’ll be able to log in to your Coles Online account to shop and choose your delivery preference directly.
Do you want to know when your favourite items go on special? Simply tap ‘watch’ on any product and when it goes on special, you will see a yellow label on the Watching button of the home screen. When you no longer want to watch an item, simply tap the ‘unwatch’ button.
The ‘add to list’ button enables you to add products you are interested in to your Shopping List so you can remember the items you need when shopping at Coles. Your list also enables you to shop faster by sorting your products into the aisles they are located in at your local Coles store.
Yes you can easily add a product to your shopping list by scanning the barcode. Simply go to 'product finder’ on your home screen and tap on the 'scanner” icon located on the top right of the header and scan the product barcode.
Your list can be viewed by tapping the ‘lists’ icon in the footer of most screens. Once you are on the ‘lists’ page you can create a new list by tapping the ‘lists’ icon on the top left of the screen, and tapping the ‘create new list’ button.

To delete an item from your shopping list, tap on the item you wish to remove, and slide your finger to the left of the phone screen. You will see two options ’copy to’ and ‘delete’ if you continue to slide to the left of the screen your item will delete.
To delete more than one item from your shopping list, whilst on the ‘lists’ tab select the edit button on the header of your phone screen, on the top right. Select the items you wish to delete by tapping on the circles on the left hand side. Once you have selected the items you wish to delete, tap on the ‘delete’ button on the bottom right of the footer of the screen. Press “done” on the top right once you’ve completed deleting your items.
You can share your list via Email or SMS, by tapping the ‘share’ icon at the top right of the ‘lists’ screen. Sharing and synching of lists with other people will be added to the app in the future.
Your item has moved to ‘got it’. Got it allows you to track products you have put in your trolley while shopping in-store. Simply check off each item as you put it in your trolley. To view items in ‘got it’, simply tap the basket icon in the top right of the Header when in the Lists screen. To move the item back to your active list, tap on ‘edit’ and tap on the checkbox. If you would like to move all of your Got it items back to your active list, while editing select all and ‘move to list’ This action will move all of your Got it items to your active list.
Currently we do not provide the ability for your list to be purchased online via this app. However, it is possible to send your list to Coles Online. To access this feature, go to the ‘lists’ screen and select the ‘share’ icon on the top right of the screen. Scroll left to see the option for ‘send to coles online’ and select. You must login to your Coles Online account to import your list. You can also shop online by using the “more” tab on the bottom right of the navigation and selecting ’shop online’.
You can still access your household’s flybuys shopping history by tapping ‘bought before’ on the home screen. Simply add your flybuys card and browse your previously purchased products by category and add them to your shopping list.
Your digital flybuys card may not work at all checkouts particularly flybuys partner stores. At Coles, make sure you’re using the correct scanner at the assisted check out. This scanner can be located on the left or right side of the check out. Ask a Team Member for assistance if the scanner is unable to detect the barcode.
Siri can now intelligently pair your daily routine with your apps to suggest convenient shortcuts right when they’re needed. We’ve enabled Siri Shortcuts in the Coles app so you can add a voice-activated shortcut to your regularly used features such as your Shopping List, Specials and more.
1. Access the Coles app once you have upgraded to the latest version. You will also need to have iOS 12 or later installed to your device
2. You’ll be prompted to accept the use of Siri when you next launch the Coles app
3. Tap on the Add to Siri button on the Specials, Shopping List or Catalogue screen
4. Record your personal phrase that you would like to use to run the shortcut
5. Tap Done
Your phrase will now be linked to your action which you can change at any time via your phone settings. For more information you can also visit Apple Support.
After you add a shortcut to Siri, you can run the shortcut by asking Siri your personal phrase on your iPhone. Just say “Hey Siri”, then say the personal phrase you created for the shortcut. For more information you can also visit Apple Support.
To change the store the app is set to, tap on ‘“store finder’” located in the ’More‘ tab, on the bottom right of your screen. Enter the suburb, postcode or store name you would like to change your store to. Select the store from the results and tap ’make this my store’ at the bottom of the details screen. You can also change your store by tapping the store name from within the Home, Specials, Lists or Watching screens.
Lost trolleys can be reported in the Coles App under the ‘“more’” tab. In the ‘“more’” tab, select ‘“report abandoned trolley’” fill out the form and press submit.
