"description": "<p>Step 1. Combine beef and cornflour in a large bowl. Season. Toss to evenly coat.</p>\n<p>Step 2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Working in 3 batches, add the beef and cook, turning occasionally, for 3 mins or until browned. Transfer to a heatproof bowl.</p>\n<p>Step 3. Add spring onion, ginger and garlic to pan and cook, stirring, for 1 min or until aromatic.</p>\n<p>Step 4. Return beef to pan with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, stock, five spice and orange peel. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 1¼ hours or until beef is tender.</p>\n<p>Step 5. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to the boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins or until sauce reduces by half. Remove from heat. Stir in cashews.</p>\n<p>Step 6. Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions, adding baby broccoli for the last 2 mins of cooking. Drain.</p>\n<p>Step 7. Divide the noodle mixture and beef mixture among bowls.</p>\n",
