Ingredients

  • 550g pkt Coles Sage & Thyme Chicken Sausages
  • 2 brown onions, sliced
  • 200ml pkt Coles Traditional Gravy
  • 280g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 2 x 350g Coles Kitchen Crème Royale Mashed Potato

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook the sausages, turning occasionally, for 8-10 mins or until cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a greased saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion, stirring, for 5-6 mins or until golden. Add the gravy with 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Cook, stirring, for 2 mins or until heated through.
  3. Step 3

    Place the spinach in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave on high for 2 mins or until wilted. Drain. Heat the mashed potato following packet directions. Divide sausages, mash, spinach and gravy among serving plates. Season.
