The payment component can be completed using cash, EFTPOS and gift cards.
3.9 To redeem any Credits, customers must visit a Coles Supermarket store and select the Cookware products they wish to redeem/purchase from the merchandise stand displayed. Customers are then required to take their Cookware products through a checkout where they can process the redemption by scanning the Cookware along with the customer’s Flybuys card. If enough Credits have been accumulated, the customer will be given the option to redeem the Cookware for the Credits. If the customer has half the amount of required credits, the customer will have the option to ‘half pay’ and will then be required to pay 50% of the cookware retail price and use 50% of the amount of required Credits. If there are not enough Credits, the customer still has the option of purchasing the Cookware at the retail price displayed. Customers do not have the option of choosing to half pay if they have the full amount of credits required to redeem the product for free.
If the customer has enough credits to redeem more than one item of cookware, the customer must scan the Cookware and their Flybuys card. They will then be asked whether they would like to redeem these items using Credits. The customer will then receive the first item of cookware for free and the second item for free (if enough credits) or will qualify for half pay and will need to redeem using 50% of the Credits and pay the 50% of the retail price.
