3.3 Only the Cookware listed in clause 3.2 are eligible to be redeemed for Credits, to the exclusion of all other Cookware sold by Coles.

3.4 Rainchecks will not be provided during the Campaign Period or Redemption Period.

3.5 Credits can only be redeemed for Cookware while stocks last.

3.6 Cookware will only be redeemable in a Coles Supermarket store. Customers cannot redeem their Credits for Cookware on Coles Online.

3.7 Cookware can be purchased during the Campaign Period at the retail price as indicated in store at the Flybuys customer’s choice if a Flybuys customer does not have sufficient Credits to redeem Cookware, or if the customer is not a Flybuys member.

3.8 Cookware can also be purchased/redeemed via a half pay initiative. Whereby if the customer has half the amount of required Credits, the customer will have the option to ‘half pay’. This requires redeeming using 50% of the required Credits and will also require the customer to pay 50% of the cookware retail price.  The payment component can be completed using cash, EFTPOS and gift cards.

3.9 To redeem any Credits, customers must visit a Coles Supermarket store and select the Cookware products they wish to redeem/purchase from the merchandise stand displayed. Customers are then required to take their Cookware products through a checkout where they can process the redemption by scanning the Cookware along with the customer’s Flybuys card. If enough Credits have been accumulated, the customer will be given the option to redeem the Cookware for the Credits. If the customer has half the amount of required credits, the customer will have the option to ‘half pay’ and will then be required to pay 50% of the cookware retail price and use 50% of the amount of required Credits. If there are not enough Credits, the customer still has the option of purchasing the Cookware at the retail price displayed. Customers do not have the option of choosing to half pay if they have the full amount of credits required to redeem the product for free.

If the customer has enough credits to redeem more than one item of cookware, the customer must scan the Cookware and their Flybuys card. They will then be asked whether they would like to redeem these items using Credits. The customer will then receive the first item of cookware for free and the second item for free (if enough credits) or will qualify for half pay and will need to redeem using 50% of the Credits and pay the 50% of the retail price.

The MasterChef Cookware is produced by a world class and experienced manufacturer in China who are not only capable of delivering such large volumes but also delivering quality products that meet international food and testing standards.

Yes, the MasterChef Cookware is suitable for all cook tops, including Induction cooking.

Stainless steel is a very good all-round general-purpose cookware.  The stainless steel body makes it super durable; easy to use, easy to care for and doesn’t react with food.  The Stainless Steel base delivers fast heat conduction and distributes heat evenly.  It’s also suitable for all cook tops, including induction.

Before using the Cookware, please read the Use & Care instruction leaflet which is found in the product packaging.  Before using your cookware for the first time, handwash in warm soapy water and then dry using a kitchen towel.

Yes, the cookware is dishwasher safe, but regular dishwashing cleaning will eventually affect any cookware and therefore handwashing is recommended. When handwashing, use a non-abrasive cloth.  Do not use steel, wool, or other metal pads to avoid damaging and scratching the inside surface of your cookware. Do not plunge a hot pan directly into cold water.

Overheating a pan can cause bronze, blue or rainbow tints to appear on the stainless steel base.  These marks can be removed by using a steel cleaning product on the outside of the cookware but never use steel or metal pads on the inside of your pan.

Cooking starch foods (i.e pasta and rice) can sometimes leave burnt residue or marks on the base. To remove these, wipe with a soft sponge dipped in lemon juice or vinegar.

Avoid any impact to the glass lids and do not place directly on any heat source or immerse in water immediately after cooking.  Always allow the lid to cool before placing directly in water or placing on a wet or cold surface.

Do not use any sharp edged or metal utensils or cut food directly in the cookware to avoid damaging and scratching your cookware.  Use only nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils.

We recommend using oven gloves as the handles may become hot with use. Do not use a wet cloth to remove or handle a hot glass lid.  For the safety of children, never leave the handles of your cookware sticking out over the edge of the cook top or a kitchen surface.

Yes, all items (excluding the 24 cm Steamer) can be used in a conventional oven but there are temperature and time restrictions to adhere to.  The cookware is oven safe with the glass lid up to 180°C/ 356°F at 1 hour and without the lid up to 200°C/ 392°F at 1 hour.   The handles may be extremely hot after oven use, so always pay particular attention to your safety and surroundings and use oven gloves.

The cookware should never be used in a microwave oven.

The pop-up vent will automatically release steam as and when required by itself, so no adjustment is required, however ensure that the vent is not directing the steam towards the handle of the lid or pan to avoid scolding.

Always ensure that the pop-up steam vent is never blocked.  Always clear any food residue from inside as well as outside of the vent after use.

Never leave the cookware on a hot burner for longer than is necessary or allow the pan to boil dry.  Avoid overheating oils or fats and never leave your cookware unattended when cooking.

Ensure the flame size is not greater than the base of the pan and always centre your pan over the heat source.

Do not use cookware smaller than the halogen heat surface.  Ensure that your hob and cookware and free from debris to avoid scratching.

All items can be used on an induction cooker, but pre heating the cookware on induction cookers is not advised.

Salt can cause white spots or pits on stainless steel which cannot be removed.  To avoid this occurring, do not add salt to your pan until the liquid is at boiling point.

Always use a little oil and for best results, cook on a medium heat source.

These internal capacity indicators will help you to measure the liquids being added to the pan.

The tempered glass lids allow you to see what’s happening to ensure your food is cooking at the right temperature and speed without disturbing the cooking process.  Using a lid helps control evaporation and accelerate the cooking process.

These pans have higher edges and are ideal for adding liquids to make stocks, soups or stews and keeping pasta submerged during boiling.

With their curved rounded sides and rim, it makes it easy to stir and slide food out of the pan.  Both these pans are ideal for simmering liquids, frying, scrambling and sautéing and searing.

The Stir Frypan is suitable for cooking meals where food is constantly being stirred while you cook e.g stir fry, curries, etc.  With the high sides, lid and non-stick coating, it’s also a versatile pan for simmering liquids and sauces.

The Steamer is ideal for steaming vegetables or fish.  The Steamer will fit both the 24cm Casserole and the 24cm Stockpot.  You simply pour sufficient water into either the Casserole or Stockpot, place the Steamer on top and cover with a lid to steam.  The Steamer cannot be placed in the oven.

All the frypans have the non-stick coating to prevent food sticking to your pan and is very easy to wipe clean.  The three-layer reinforced coating provides very good resistance to scratches and abrasions.  To protect your non-stick coating, do not use metal or sharp utensils and avoid cutting your ingredients directly in your pan.
