Quick BBQ chicken wraps

Ingredients

  • 500g Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 tbs Coles Mexican Seasoning Mix
  • 400g Coles Kitchen American BBQ Salad Kit
  • 4 Coles Burrito Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced

Method

STEP 1

Heat a greased barbecue or chargrill pan on medium. Place the chicken and seasoning in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Prepare the salad kit in a separate bowl following packet directions.

STEP 2

Cook the chicken on the grill, turning occasionally, for 8-10 mins or until lightly charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and loosely cover with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest. Meanwhile, cook the wraps on the grill for 1 min each side or until lightly toasted.

STEP 3

Thickly slice the chicken. Divide the wraps among serving plates. Top with the salad, chicken and avocado. Season with pepper to serve.
