If a fast and fabulous feast is top of your Christmas wish list, then you'll love this menu because all the recipes take less than one hour to make. Serve up indulgent pork belly bites and antipasto, sticky chicken and a show-stopping snickers trifle, then sit back and enjoy the applause – you deserve it!

You can do this! We’ve made it extra easy this year with a breakdown of this menu to help you get ahead and stress less on the day. Tick it off as you go for fuss-free entertaining!

Up to 2 days ahead

Make the Sweet & Spicy Sauce for the Pork Belly Bites. Cover and refrigerate.

Up to 1 day ahead

  • Prep the Lime & Ginger Dressing for the Vietnamese-Style Mango & Prawn No-Cook Salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Assemble the Snickers Trifle. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Make the Fennel Seed Marinated Olives.

On the day

6 hours ahead

  • Prep the veggies, prawns and herbs for the Vietnamese-Style Mango & Prawn No-Cook Salad. Cover separately with damp paper towel and plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
  • Assemble the Tiramisu Cake without dusting with cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate.

4 hours ahead

  • Prepare the melon balls for the Melon Ball & Bocconcini Salad in the Antipasto Platter. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Prepare the zucchini ribbons for the Zucchini Ribbon Salad in the Antipasto Platter. Cover and refrigerate.

2 hours before serving the main

  • Prepare the basil oil for the Easy Caprese Bean Salad. Set aside at room temperature.
  • Toast the pine nuts for the Pear, Rocket & Parmesan Salad.

1 hour before guests arrive

Remove the Sweet & Spicy Sauce for the Pork Belly Bites from the fridge to bring it to room temperature.

45 mins before guests arrive

Cook the Pork Belly Bites.

30 mins before guests arrive

  • Prepare the ingredients for the Easy Caprese Bean Salad. Refrigerate the bocconcini and keep the rest at room temperature.
  • Prepare the ingredients except the avocado for the Tomato & Avocado Salsa. Keep at room temperature.
  • Prepare the vegetables for the Antipasto Platter.

Just before guests arrive

  • Bake the brie, finish the Melon Ball & Bocconcini Salad and the Zucchini Ribbon Salad, then assemble the Antipasto Platter.
  • Finish the Pork Belly Bites with Sweet & Spicy Sauce.

45 before serving the main

Cook the chicken for the Sticky Chicken with Tomato & Avocado Salsa.

Just before serving the main

  • Finish the Pear, Rocket & Parmesan Salad.
  • Finish the Vietnamese-Style Mango & Prawn No-Cook Salad.
  • Finish the Easy Caprese Bean Salad.
  • Finish the Sticky Chicken with Tomato & Avocado Salsa.

Just before serving dessert

  • Dust the Tiramisu cake with cocoa powder.
  • Remove the Snickers Trifle from the fridge.
