This offer is available for redemption at Coles Express. Flybuys card must be scanned at time of purchase to receive one coffee credit towards your free sixth coffee. Coffee credit progress can be tracked at any time via the Flybuys app or as displayed on your Coles Express receipt.
The same Flybuys card must be presented each time to receive your sixth coffee for free. Participating products include: Urban Coffee Culture Hot Coffee (Small, Medium and Large), and Iced Coffee as well as Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate and Chai Latte. At any given time Coles Express may offer bonus or double coffee credits at its discretion. These offers will be valid for a limited period of time as specified by Coles Express. This offer is non-transferable to other Flybuys card holders and can be redeemed multiple times over the offer period. Standard Flybuys terms and conditions apply and are available at flybuys.com.au.
*Purchases made from selected Coles Express sites are available for delivery on DoorDash. Other discounts and Flybuys points are not applicable on these purchases. An order fee applies for purchases under $15. Service and delivery fees also apply and deliveries are available during opening hours of participating Coles Express sites. Spend a qualifying amount (currently $30) on qualifying products in one transaction at any Coles Group supermarket (excluding Shell Coles Express) or online with coles.com.au, and you will receive a “shopper docket”.
The “shopper docket” will be:
(1) printed on a paper receipt; or
(2) made available by way of a separate voucher for orders through coles.com.au; or
(3) made available on the customer’s Flybuys card or app (if the Flybuys card or app is presented and scanned at the time of purchase).
Each “shopper docket” will be issued with a stated expiry date (being 4 weeks after the relevant transaction, or as advertised from time to time).
A “shopper docket” entitles you to either (at your election):
(4) 4c off per litre of Qualifying Fuels (defined below); or
(5) 8 Flybuys points per litre of Qualifying Fuels (defined below),
(the “Fuel Docket Offer”).
The Fuel Docket Offer can be redeemed at any participating Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express service station in Australia, as advertised from time to time. The Fuel Docket Offer can only be applied to purchases of motor fuels or LPG (excluding AdBlue) from participating Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express service stations (“Qualifying Fuels”).
To redeem the Fuel Docket Offer, a customer must present at the counter of any participating Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express service station:
(1) a paper receipt containing the “shopper docket”. The lower section of the paper receipt must be surrendered upon redemption; or
(2) a voucher containing the “shopper docket”. The voucher must be surrendered upon redemption; or
(3) a Flybuys card or app which when scanned indicates the availability of a “shopper docket”.
Shell Coles Express and Shell Reddy Express are owned and operated by Viva Energy Retail Pty Ltd (“Viva Energy”).
Receipts or vouchers that have been defaced, damaged or altered or have passed their expiry date are not valid. Pictures or photocopies of receipts or vouchers will not be accepted.
Customers may redeem the Fuel Docket Offer for:
(1) up to 2 Qualifying Fuel types for one vehicle (including *approved containers or boats or motorcycles on an attached trailer) up to a maximum of 150 litres; or
(2) up to 2 Qualifying Fuel types in any number of *approved containers up to a maximum of 150 litres.
* Approved Containers Fuels (Flammable or Combustible liquids) shall not be filled from a service station’s fuel dispenser into a container unless:
(a) the capacity of the container is not greater than 25 litres; and
(b) the container complies with AS/NZS2906 or is substantially leak-proof, metal and has a tight fitting closure.
Purchases of gift cards, tobacco or tobacco-related products (which include filters, cigarette papers, pipe cleaners, lighters, matches, and other products required to be excluded by law), products purchased via third party online or e-commerce food ordering and delivery platforms, or delivery or service fees do not contribute to the qualifying spend amount.
The Fuel Docket Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer (including Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge or Motorpass purchases), except for any offers made available by Viva Energy to its customers. Viva Energy may, in its discretion, from time to time separately offer additional discounts to customers who redeem the Fuel Docket Offer, in addition to the 4 cent or 8 Flybuys points discount offered under these terms. Any additional discount will be offered solely by or on behalf of Viva Energy (and not the Coles Group) and will be subject to separate terms and conditions as advised from time to time by Viva Energy.
The Fuel Docket Offer may be changed, suspended or terminated from time to time.
The ‘8 points per litre’ offer is valid at Shell Coles Express and Shell Reddy Express when you (1) scan your Flybuys card, (2) redeem a valid ‘4 cents or 8 points’ per litre Fuel Docket Offer using your paper fuel docket, which will be subject to the ‘Coles Supermarkets Fuel Docket Discount’ terms and conditions above; and (3) have fuel offer set to “POINTS” instead of “CENTS” within your Flybuys settings prior to the fuel transaction.
Your fuel offer settings can be updated at Flybuys.com.au or via the Flybuys app. If “CENTS” is selected as the preferred fuel offer in the settings on the Flybuys account at the time of purchase, the 4 cents per litre fuel discount will be awarded as default and points will not be collected in respect of that fuel transaction. The selection of either “CENTS or “POINTS” will apply to all fuel offers available and to all members under that specific Flybuys account. A member can switch their fuel offer preference at any time during the calendar month, and the reward they will receive in respect of each fuel transaction will depend on the fuel offer preference as at the time of the fuel transaction.
The 8 Flybuys points per litre offer can be redeemed multiple times, provided a valid Coles fuel discount docket or an activated Digital Fuel Docket is available and Flybuys card are presented each time.
Viva Energy may, in its discretion, from time to time separately offer additional Flybuys points to customers who redeem the Fuel Docket Offer, in addition to the 8 Flybuys points discount offered under these terms. Any additional discount will be offered solely by or on behalf of Viva Energy (and not the Coles Group) and will be subject to separate terms and conditions as advised from time to time by Viva Energy.
The 4 cents off per litre or 8 Flybuys points per litre offer is valid at Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express when you validly redeem the Fuel Docket Offer (subject to the ‘Coles Supermarkets Fuel Docket Discount’ terms and conditions outlined above) and if you have previously activated a fuel offer in your Flybuys app under the “My fuel offers” section or in your Flybuys account via the web (the ‘Digital Fuel Docket’). To redeem this offer: (1) spend a qualifying amount transaction in-store at any Coles Group supermarket or online with coles.com.au (as outlined and subject to the ‘Coles Supermarket Fuel Docket Discount’ terms and conditions above) and scan your Flybuys card; (2) Activate the Digital Fuel Docket offer in the Flybuys app or in your Flybuys account via the web (3) Visit Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express and scan your Flybuys card (4) Advise the Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express team member of your redemption preference – 8 Flybuys points / 4 cents off per litre (based on your fuel offer settings in your Flybuys App or account via the web) or the current Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express in-store product offer (no fuel purchase required, see further terms below for the in-store product offer below).
Your Digital Fuel Docket fuel offer settings can be updated via the Flybuys app or at flybuys.com.au. If “POINTS” is selected as the preferred fuel offer in your Flybuys account settings (and you do not opt for the Shell Coles Express in-store product offer), 8 Flybuys points will be collected per litre of fuel purchased and the Shell Coles Express 4c/l fuel discount will not be applied to that fuel transaction. If “CENTS” is selected as the preferred fuel offer in your Flybuys account settings (and you do not opt for the Shell Coles Express in-store product offer), the 4 cents per fuel discount will be awarded as default and points will not be collected in respect of that fuel transaction. The selection of either “CENTS” or “POINTS” will apply to all Fuel Docket Offers available and to all members under that specific Flybuys account. A member can switch their fuel offer preference at any time, and the reward they will receive in respect of each fuel transaction will depend on the fuel offer preference at the time of the fuel transaction.
Viva Energy may, in its discretion, from time to time separately offer additional fuel discounts or Flybuys points to customers who redeem the Fuel Docket Offer, in addition to the 8 Flybuys points discount offered under these terms. Any additional discount will be offered solely by or on behalf of Viva Energy (and not the Coles Group) and will be subject to separate terms and conditions as advised from time to time by Viva Energy.
After you activate the Digital Fuel Docket for the first time in your Flybuys app or in your Flybuys account via the web, you will continue to receive the offer in your Flybuys app or in your Flybuys account via the web each time you qualify and fuel dockets will no longer be printed on your Coles supermarket paper receipt. If you wish to change your preference back to receiving a fuel docket at the end of your Coles supermarket paper receipt, please contact Flybuys service centre on 13 11 16 Monday to Friday between 9am – 7pm AET. Note: you will not receive any Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express in-store product offer with a Coles fuel paper docket. The Coles Digital Fuel Docket and the offers associated from may be changed, suspended or terminated time to time. The Digital Fuel Docket and in-store product offer are non-transferable to other Flybuys card holders and can be redeemed multiple times over the offer period, as long as a valid and activated Digital Fuel Docket is available within the members’ Flybuys app or Flybuys account via the web.
Once your Digital Fuel Docket has been activated in the Flybuys app, you will also receive the choice of an exclusive in store product offer, as part of the Fuel Docket Offer. The in-store product offer(s) will be redeemable at Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express service stations only. To redeem the in-store product offer, your Digital Fuel Docket must be pre-selected (to either 4c off per litre of Shell fuel or 8 Flybuys bonus points per litre) in the Flybuys app. Your Digital Fuel Docket must be activated within the Flybuys app and your Flybuys card must be scanned at time of purchase. For further details on the in store product offer, please refer to the Flybuys app. The in-store product offer (including participating products) may change from time to time, and at the time of redemption may be different to the offer as at the time of activating your Digital Fuel Docket. To view the current in-store product offer (and to see the expiry date and terms and conditions of that offer), check your Flybuys App or your Flybuys account via the web or ask the Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express team member before completing your transaction.
You may only redeem one in-store product offer per transaction, which must be redeemed before the expiry date. Activated offers that have been altered, copied or have passed their expiry date are not valid. The Coles Digital Fuel Docket and the participating in-store products may be changed, suspended or terminated from time to time. This offer is non-transferable to other Flybuys card holders and can be redeemed multiple times over the offer period, as long as a valid and activated Digital Fuel Docket is available within your Flybuys app.
1. This document (“Terms and Conditions”) sets out the terms and conditions of this Double Discount Offer. If you take any steps to claim, redeem or use the Double Discount Offer, then you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Double Discount Offer is made and promoted by Viva Energy Retail Pty Ltd, ABN 96 662 372 027 of Level 16, 720 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008 (“Viva Energy”), who owns and operates Shell Coles Express branded service stations across Australia. Viva Energy is in the process of transitioning a number of Shell Coles Express stores to a new brand “Reddy Express”, which it also owns and operates.
3. Consumers who spend a qualifying amount on eligible products in one transaction at a participating Coles Group store (as advertised from time to time) including Coles Supermarkets, or online with coles.com.au, receive an offer for discounted fuel (4cents per litre) or Flybuys points (8 Flybuys points per litre) redeemable at Shell Coles Express and Shell Reddy Express stores, in accordance with the terms and conditions at https://www.coles.com.au/coles-express/terms-and-conditions ("Coles Supermarkets Fuel Docket Offer"). To redeem the Coles Supermarkets Fuel Docket offer, consumers are provided with a docket (digital or printed) that must be presented in a Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express store for redemption (“Docket”).
4. Between 2 November 2023 and 11.59pm (AEDT) on 28 December 2023 (“Offer Period”), Viva Energy will make the following additional offer available to consumers (“Double Discount Offer”):
a. A consumer who presents a valid Docket during the Offer Period at a Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express store when making a qualifying fuel purchase will receive an additional 4 cents per litre discount (for a total of 8 cents per litre) off the pump price of fuel or an additional 8 Flybuys points per litre (for a total of 16 Flybuys points per litre);
b. A valid Docket will be any Docket that has not expired and has not been previously used. Each Docket can only be used once, and only one Docket can be used per transaction. Dockets that are a copy, have been defaced, damaged or altered, or have passed their expiry date, will not be accepted;
c. All Terms and Conditions applicable to the Coles Supermarket Fuel Docket Offer apply to this Double Discount Offer, including but not limited to the following:
i. The Double Discount Offer is valid with a maximum petrol purchase per transaction of 150 litres in one vehicle and approved containers only; and
ii. The Double Discount Offer is not valid with Adblue, Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge and Motorpass purchases.
5. Each Shell Coles Express and Shell Reddy Express store reserves the right to refuse processing a Docket based on irresponsible mobile or other device use, or any dangerous or potentially unsafe or illegal behaviour, by a Docket holder in or around the Shell Coles Express or Shell Reddy Express premises.
6. Viva Energy cannot guarantee that the redemption mechanisms (including, without limitation, the instore barcode reader) will always be available during the Offer Period and there may be time periods during which the Double Discount Offer may be temporarily unavailable.
7. Subject to law, Viva Energy may change, suspend or terminate the conditions of the Double Discount Offer from time to time at its discretion.
8. Viva Energy will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with the Double Discount Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law
$20 spend must be spent in a single transaction on in store items at Coles Express and excludes Fuel, Car Wash, Tobacco and Tobacco related products, Gift Cards, Mobile Phone, Recharge, Calling Cards, AdBlue, Trailer Hire and Lottery (Qualifying Purchase).
10 cents per litre discount off fuel must be used in the same transaction as the Qualifying Purchase. Maximum 150 litres fuel purchase applies per transaction in one vehicle and in approved containers only.
Excludes Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge and Motorpass transactions. Not valid with any other offer, except the Coles Supermarkets 4 cpl fuel discount, unless specified.
