Coles 360 appoints Ben Dixon to lead agency sales team

Coles has appointed experienced retail media leader Ben Dixon as Head of Agency Sales at Coles 360, strengthening the business’s leadership team as it continues to scale its omni-channel retail media offering for agencies, suppliers and brands.

Ben joins Coles 360 with more than two decades of experience across media sales, agency leadership and retail media. Most recently, he served as Head of Retail Media APAC at QSIC and previously led the expansion of QSIC’s retail media offering into the US market as the business grew internationally. Earlier in his career, Ben spent more than 15 years leading high-performing media agency sales teams.

Coles 360 General Manager Tiffany Chen said Ben’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business as demand for integrated retail media solutions continues to accelerate.

In his new role, Ben will lead Coles 360’s agency engagement strategy, supporting agencies to leverage advanced audience targeting, closed-loop measurement and omni-channel activation across Coles Group’s extensive retail media network.
