How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling Coles Plus is easy to do online. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Member benefits will continue until the end of your subscription period.

Follow these steps to cancel your Coles Plus subscription. 

Step 1: Log in

Step 2: Go to your account

Step 3: Jump to the Coles Plus area

Step 4: Select the option to cancel your subscription

Step 5: Confirm your choice by following the prompts

You should see a confirmation screen when you’ve successfully cancelled your subscription. And you’ll still have access to all the benefits of Coles Plus until your current subscription period ends. 

Subscription refunds

Depending on when in the month you cancel your Coles Plus subscription, you may be eligible to get the amount you paid that month refunded. 

You must request the refund within 14 days from your billing date and you must not have used Coles Plus in that time.
