Why has my card declined, even though I had sufficient funds when I placed my order?.

As we don't know the final cost of your order until a Coles team member has packed it in store (due to weighted items like meat or fruit), we won't charge your card during ordering. We only charge you once we know the final cost which is after the order has been packed.

Unfortunately we can't deliver orders until payment has been received. 

Remote deliveries 

For remote deliveries, we might not charge you until several days after you have placed your order. The best way to work out what day we'll charge you is to subtract one day from the delivery slot you've chosen and ensure there's sufficient funds in your account on that day.
