On the website
To log in to your account on the Coles website:
- Select Log in / Sign up in the header
- Enter your email and password then Continue. If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot password.
- Enter the one-time code that we’ll send to your mobile. We use this multi-factor authentication (MFA) to keep your account secure.
- Select Verify and you’re good to go.
On the Coles app
To log in to your account on the Coles app:
- Open the app and select Log in or sign up on the homepage
- Enter your email and password then Continue
- Enter the one-time code sent to your phone and Continue
- Now you’re good to go.
Trouble logging in on the Coles app
If you've tried logging in with your email and password and they don't seem right, your account will be locked after three attempts. Contact Customer Care to help you get back into your account.
