Booking a standard Click&Collect order is free and you can book your pick-up slot for the next day, or up to 1 week after you place your order.
Order restrictions: There's a minimum spend of $30, and you can't order Hot Roast Chickens, which must be ordered by Click&Collect Rapid.
In a hurry? For a $5 fee, Click&Collect Rapid lets you book a pick-up slot starting just 60 minutes after you've placed your order.

Order Restrictions: Click&Collect Rapid has a $30 minimum spend and a 40-item limit. You can't order liquor and deli platters (but you can order Hot Roast Chicken).
There may be some order restrictions depending on your store. Also note, you can't cancel or modify a Click&Collect Rapid order once you've placed it.
Select Set shopping method in the top right, just below your trolley icon.
Select Click&Collect and start typing in your local suburb or postcode.
From the dropdown list, select the location of your local store or Coles locker for your Click&Collect pick up.
Click Set location. To choose your pick up day and time, select Pick a slot.
Complete your date and time selection to book your Click&Collect slot.
We'll show you all your available Click&Collect time slots over the next 7 days.
If you're unable to find a slot:
TIP: Popular Click&Collect times fill up quickly. Get in early to secure your slot.
Click&Collect Rapid time slots are highlighted on the list, these cost an extra $5.
You’ll see a message confirming your Click&Collect slot.
Click continue shopping to add items to your trolley, or go to checkout to complete your order.
We'll text and email you when your Click&Collect order is ready for pick-up.
Picking up from a store you'll get a text explaining where to collect your order either, from a dedicated parking spot or the service desk instore.
Picking up from a Coles locker, you'll be sent a text with your locker number and a one-time entry code.
We may also text you early to say if anything is out of stock in your order, or if there is an unexpected change to your slot.
Only travel to the Click&Collect location after we've texted you to say your order is packed and ready to collect.

Log in to your account or Coles app, and check you've Allowed notifications from Coles on your device.

As long you are within the modify order cut-off time, you can modify your Click&Collect order.
Select the Click&Collect order details top right and select Edit.
