Late to your Click&Collect pick-up? Tell us

If you don't pick up your order within your Click&Collect time slot, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

To avoid this, tell us you're running late - before or within your time slot - by calling our Online Customer Care Team on 1800 455 400
This is so we can return the uncollected items to the shelves and keep all produce fresh.

If we don't hear from you in time, you'll be charged a cancellation fee.
We'll do our best to set your order aside. However, you'll still need to collect it on the same day as your original slot, or you may still be charged a cancellation fee.

Available weekdays 6am – 1am, Weekends 7am – 10pm. Closed Good Friday and Christmas Day, and Anzac Day until 1pm. All hours are AEST.
