What can I do if there are no Click&Collect slots available?

Some tips for what you can do if there are no Click&Collect slots available for you to select.

When you choose to get your online order via Click&Collect, we'll show you all available collection slots over the next 7 days.

At most stores, there are usually multiple slots offered each day.

If you're unable to find a slot that suits you, your options are to:

  • Choose a different location. This is shown to you in the slot selector page and would allow you to pick another Coles store to see if there are any slots available there.
  • Choose instead to have your groceries delivered. 
  • In the unusual circumstance of there being no slots available across the next 7 days, you can save your order and come back the next day to see future options available. 

If you continue to have this problem of no available slots, please get in touch with us. We'll do our best to resolve this.
