Why isn't my address showing as a suggested option?

We recommend first checking that you've entered your address correctly because we know how it easy it is to mistype something! 

If your address is entered correctly, please contact our Customer Care team so we can look into the issue for you. 

Torres Strait customers 

If you're in the Torres Strait and ordering from our Cairns store, the process is slightly different so please follow these steps: 

Step 1. Enter the below address when you first add an address to your order:

1 Airport Road 

Horn Island 

4875 

Step 2. During checkout, you must enter your final destination at the instructions for transport provider stage so your order arrives in the correct location.
