At the time of delivery, our third-party partners may also ask you to show a valid form of identification to confirm your age or identity. Where verification cannot occur, delivery may be cancelled or rescheduled if your order includes any liquor, tobacco or similar products.

Your Coles order will be delivered by one of our Partner drivers when you've selected a delivery slot marked Partner delivery or Rapid.
Your order may also be assigned to a Partner driver where you request same-day delivery.
