Items we often freeze to ensure freshness include meat, milk and other dairy products. Where possible, chocolate is also boxed to be chilled.

Unfortunately, fruit and vegetables don't always keep well for long periods on a barge. While we do our best to ensure we pick the freshest produce, there are times when these products can deteriorate.
We recommend not choosing fresh fruit and vegetable products where possible.
You can otherwise ask your delivery provider the dates the transport leaves for your area and select that date on our website so we can pick the products as late as possible to help get you the freshest items.
