Sometimes unforeseen circumstances, like traffic, can cause partner delivery drivers to arrive outside of the delivery slot you selected.
You should have received a delivery status SMS after you've placed your partner delivery order. This SMS includes a link that let's you:
1. View the map to see the driver's location
2. Call the driver by clicking the phone icon.
