What happens if something is missing from my order?

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, and is not listed as out of stock on your delivery invoice, please contact us. 

We can provide a refund or credit your account. You’ll be given the option to spend credits on future orders as you check out.

Supplying a refund invoice 

We can provide a refund invoice upon request, but we can't update invoices that have already been issued. Please contact us for a refund invoice and we'll be happy to help.
