When you check out, we may pre-authorise the amount payable for your order. However, we only charge you the full and final amount at the time we pick your order in case anything is out of stock or sold by weight. That way, you only pay for what you actually receive.
Please note the pre-authorisation amount that appears on your account is a pending payment. This payment will be displayed in addition to the final amount you have been charged. Rest assured it doesn't mean you've been charged twice. For most banks, the pre-authorisation will disappear from being displayed within 24 hours of your actual payment. However, some banks make take up to 4 business days to release the pre-authorisation amount.
