Modify an order

Forgot to add milk? No problem. You can modify your order to add or change a product after you’ve paid.

You’ll need to make any changes before your order cut-off time though, as we can’t make changes once we’ve started packing your order.

You have 2 hours to modify your order and check out again once you start making changes. Otherwise you'll receive your original order.

To confirm your order has been updated, you’ll need to check out again. You won’t be charged twice as we don’t take payment until after your order has been picked and packed.

No modifications for Rapid orders

Rapid orders can’t be modified as there isn’t enough time between the order confirmation and delivery or collection time.

How to modify an order

After placing an order, you’ll be taken to an order confirmation screen. To modify your order:

  1. Check you still have time left before you select Modify order.
  2. Your order will be reopened and you’ll be able to make changes to your order.
  3. Once you’re happy, go through the Checkout again. You won’t be charged twice as we don’t take payment until your order has been picked and packed.

Please note: Prices, specials, Flybuys points and the total order price are re-calculated at the time of your new checkout.

Modify order from your account

You can also modify an order from your account settings.

  1. Select Account then Orders from the drop down.
  2. Choose the Active orders tab. Select your order and note the modify order cut-off time. Check you still have time left before you select Modify order. From here, you can also modify from the Order details screen.
  3. Once you’re happy, go through the Checkout again. You won’t be charged twice as we don’t take payment until your order has been picked and packed.

Please note: Prices, specials, Flybuys points and the total order price are re-calculated at the time of your new checkout.

Want to stop modifying and go back to your original order?

Before you check out again, you may change your mind and decide you want to keep your original order after all. Here's how to go back to your original order.

  1. Select Account then Orders from the drop down.
  2. Choose the Active orders tab. 
  3. Choose the Undo changes link for the order.
  4. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to keep your original order. If you are, choose Yes, undo changes.
  5. You'll receive your original order, without any changes you may have made.
