Some items aren’t available to purchase in every delivery or Click & Collect timeslot. This can be due to legal requirements, preparation times, delivery limits or depending on the type of delivery slot you’ve selected.
Why some items are unavailable to purchase for selected timeslots:
Alcohol sales are regulated by state and territories laws. Liquor can only be delivered or picked up during approved hours, and age verification is required at handover. This means liquor may not be available for all timeslots.
Large or heavy items require special handling and space in delivery vehicles. To keep deliveries safe and on time, these items are only be available for certain slots.
Hot food must be delivered within a short time window and is only available at selected stores and in Rapid delivery and Rapid Click & Collect timeslots.
Some bakery items may not always be available due to preparation schedules and product availability.
Platters are only available with Click & Collect. They are made to order and require at least 36 hours’ notice.
Tobacco products are available to order online for delivery or Click & Collect where permitted by law. In some states they’re only available in store due to local regulations.
