Conflicting Warning Labels May Cause Confusion Over Fire Danger

Coles is recalling Mix Brand Girls Heart, Boys Stripe and Unisex Cloud Infant Grow Bags sold nationally in Coles and Bi-Lo Supermarkets and on Mixapparel.com.au from 6 July 2016.

The product is Mix Brand Infant Grow Bags:

  • Boys Stripe design - all sizes
  • Girls Heart design – all sizes
  • Unisex Cloud design – all sizes   

The Grow Bags have the correct High Fire Danger warning label attached to them but also have a Low Fire Danger statement on the sizing/care label. The recall is due to any potential confusion around the fire danger.

The Grow Bags are high fire danger items. Potential confusion about the fire danger could risk infants being burned if the Grow Bags are used around fire hazards.

Customers can return the product to Coles or Bi-Lo supermarkets for a full refund. The Mix Brand Infant Grow Bags are in no way associated with the products of Gro Company Australia Pty Ltd and Gro Group Holdings Ltd
