Manage your Coles account security

Our how to guide to setting the security level on your Coles account

Your security levels are:

High, Two-Step Authentication is required every time you log in
Medium, Two-Step Authentication is required when something changes in your account
Low, Two-Step Authentication is required only for critical changes to your account

Follow the steps below to set your security preference.

Step 1.

Select Account in the header then Account security from the drop down.

Press Edit in the Security level preferences section.

Here you can change your security level preferences. Your options are:

High - Two-Step Authentication is required every time you log in
Medium - Two-Step Authentication is required when something changes in your account
Low - Two-Step Authentication is required for only critical changes to your account

Select your security level and press Save preferences.

Your security level will be updated.
