Acai smoothie bowl
Craving a wholesome acai bowl? Here’s how to whip up your own from scratch - it’s easy-as!
- 50g frozen acai puree
- 1/4 cup (40g) natural cashews
- 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Berry Superfood Powder
- 100g frozen banana, chopped
- 100g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup (80ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (70g) Greek-style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp black chia seeds
- 1 tbs Coles Scrumptious Snacking Trail Mix Cranberry, Almonds & Pepitas
- Halved banana, to serve
- Blueberries, extra, to serve
Place the açai, cashews, superfood powder, chopped banana, blueberries, milk, yoghurt and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl. Top with chia seeds, trail mix, halved banana and extra blueberries to serve.
