Ingredients

  • 50g frozen acai puree
  • 1/4 cup (40g) natural cashews
  • 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Berry Superfood Powder
  • 100g frozen banana, chopped
  • 100g blueberries
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (70g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp black chia seeds
  • 1 tbs Coles Scrumptious Snacking Trail Mix Cranberry, Almonds & Pepitas
  • Halved banana, to serve
  • Blueberries, extra, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the açai, cashews, superfood powder, chopped banana, blueberries, milk, yoghurt and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl. Top with chia seeds, trail mix, halved banana and extra blueberries to serve.
