Air fryer asparagus

Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 2 tbs pistachio dukkah
- Lemon cheeks, to serve
Method
STEP 1
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Spray asparagus with olive oil spray. Arrange in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Cook, turning halfway through cooking, for 5 mins or until tender. (If you don’t have an air fryer, roast on a lined baking tray in the oven at 180°C for 10 mins.)
STEP 2
Sprinkle asparagus with pistachio dukkah and serve with lemon cheeks.
