Method

  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out the dough to a 15cm x 40cm rectangle. Spread with the tomato paste and sprinkle with oregano, olive, ham and pizza cheese.
  2. Step 2

Starting from 1 long end, roll up the dough into a log to enclose the filling. Cut the log crossways into quarters and use floured fingertips to seal the ends of each quarter. Transfer to the lined tray. Lightly whisk egg in a bowl and brush over the pizza sticks. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden and cooked through.
  3. Step 3

Meanwhile, cut a cross in the top of the brie or camembert. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray. Bake with the pizza sticks, removing the foil halfway through cooking, for 15 mins or until the brie or camembert melts.
  4. Step 4

Arrange the brie or camembert on a serving platter. Season with pepper. Serve with the pizza sticks.

    Serve with baby rocket leaves

Recipe tip

COOK. STORE. SAVE.
Ingredient tip:
You can substitute brie for camembert.

Swap me: For a meat-free spin, use roasted red pepper strips (capsicum) instead of the ham.
