Antonella Banno’s 2-ingredient pizza base with olives and pepperoni

Try Coles Cooking Club member Antonella Banno’s 2-ingredient pizza base with olives and pepperoni. Made with only two ingredients, this genius pizza base is ideal for a quick and easy dinner.

  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) self-raising flour
  • 3/4 cup (210g) natural yoghurt

Pizza toppings

  • 1/4 cup (70g) tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 cup (100g) grated mozzarella
  • 80g Thomson’s Deli Pepperoni Salami, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs Coles Giant Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • Basil leaves, to serve
  • Baby rocket leaves, to serve



Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a 30cm round pizza tray or line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the yoghurt and a pinch of salt and stir until the mixture comes together. Use your hands to gather the dough into a ball. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 mins or until smooth. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.


Roll dough out to a large disc and transfer to the prepared tray. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1.5cm border. Sprinkle with mozzarella and top with pepperoni and olives. Bake for 15 mins or until the mozzarella melts and the crust is golden. Set aside to cool slightly.


Sprinkle the pizza with basil and rocket. Cut into wedges to serve.
