Apple, brie and honey ham panini

Ingredients

  • 8 slices sourdough
  • 40g butter, softened
  • 40g baby spinach leaves
  • 400g honey leg ham, thinly sliced
  • 200g triple cream brie, thinly sliced
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored, thinly sliced
  • 8 thyme sprigs
  • 2 tbs honey
  • Thyme sprigs, extra, to serve
  • Coles Australian 4-Leaf Salad Mix, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Spread one side of each bread slice with butter. Place half the bread, butter-side down, on a clean work surface. Top with spinach, ham, brie, apple and thyme. Drizzle with half the honey. Season. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  2. Step 2

    Preheat a sandwich press. Toast the sandwiches, in 2 batches, for 6-8 mins or until cheese melts and bread is golden and crisp. Drizzle with remaining honey and sprinkle with extra thyme. Serve with the salad leaves.
