  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • Peanut butter or nut-free spread, to serve
  • Sliced strawberry, to decorate
  • Flaked almonds, halved, to decorate
  • Icing eyes, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cut apples into quarters. Use a small sharp knife to cut a wedge from the skin side of each quarter to make a mouth. Spread with a thin layer of peanut butter or nut-free spread. Top with strawberry slices to make tongues and insert flaked almonds into the apples to make teeth. Attach icing eyes with a little extra peanut butter or nut-free spread. Serve immediately.
