Ingredients

  • 2 x 300g pkts Coles Crumbed Pork Schnitzel
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Asian Style Salad Kit
  • 4 Coles Brioche Hamburger Buns, split, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (75g) reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C and place a large baking tray in oven to preheat. Place schnitzels on the hot tray. Bake for 16-18 mins or until the schnitzels are golden brown and cooked through. Cut each schnitzel in half.
  2. Step 2

    Prepare a salad kit in a large bowl following packet directions.
  3. Step 3

    Divide bun bases among serving plates and spread with mayonnaise. Divide the schnitzel, avocado and salad among the bases and top with the bun lids to serve.
