Three bagel pizzas with cheese and ham

  • 2 Coles Original Bagels, split
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 100g sliced mushrooms
  • 100g shave champagne ham
  • 1/3 cup (40g) coarsely grated tasty cheddar

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat grill on high. Line a baking tray with foil. Place the bagel, cut-side up, on the prepared tray. Cook under the grill for 2 mins or until lightly toasted.
  2. Step 2

    Spread the bagel with tomato paste. Top with mushroom, ham and cheddar. Cook under the grill for 2 mins or until cheddar melts. Set aside to cool.
