Banana and strawberry vegan nice cream

You only need two ingredients to make this vegan treat. This banana and strawberry nice cream is so creamy, you won’t believe how easy it is.

Ingredients

  • 8 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
  • 500g strawberries, trimmed, halved

Method

STEP 1

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Arrange the banana in a single layer on 1 of the lined trays. Arrange the strawberry in a single layer on the remaining tray. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or until frozen.

STEP 2

Place the frozen banana and three-quarters of the frozen strawberry in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a 6-cup (1.5L) metal container. Cover and place in the freezer for 30 mins to chill.

STEP 3

Finely chop the remaining strawberry. Sprinkle over the nice cream in the container. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
