Beef pad see ew

Ingredients

  • 340g pkt Coles Asia Thick Egg Noodles
  • 500g Coles Australian No Added Hormones Beef Rump Steak, thinly sliced
  • 600g pkt Coles Kitchen Ready to Stir-Fry Australian Rainbow Mix
  • 205g pkt pad see ew cooking sauce
  • Coriander sprigs, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Cook the noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 mins or until tender. Drain well.

STEP 2 

Meanwhile, heat a wok or large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add half the beef. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins or until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining beef.

STEP 3 

Return the beef to the wok or pan with the stir-fry mix, cooking sauce from the pad see ew packet and noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is heated through. Season. 

STEP 4

Divide the beef mixture among serving bowls. Season. Sprinkle with chilli flakes from the pad see ew packet and coriander to serve.
