Ingredients

  • 400g brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Maple syrup, extra, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine the brussels sprout, maple syrup, vinegar and oil in a roasting pan. Season. Roast, turning occasionally, for 15 mins or until tender and caramelised.

STEP 2

Transfer the brussels sprout mixture to a serving plate. Drizzle with extra maple syrup to serve.
