Ingredients

  • 150g fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 80g blueberries
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 600ml chilled raspberry-flavoured sparkling mineral water or sparkling mineral water
  • Thyme sprigs, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the blackberries, blueberries and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Step 2
