This homemade brandy butter is so easy to make. It’s delicious served with mince pies and Christmas pudding.
- 125g unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
- 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
- 1 tbs orange juice
- 2 tbs brandy
Use an electric mixer to beat butter, mixed spice and orange rind in a bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the sugar, orange juice and brandy. Store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
