500g pkt Coles Double Chocolate Brownie Baking Mix
290g pkt white chocolate melts
1 tbs vegetable oil
Liquid food colouring
20g pkt Coles Funny Face Icing Figurines or Mentos or Tic Tac mints
Dark chocolate writing icing

Method
Step 1
Cook brownie mix following packet directions. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Cut brownie into different sized pieces.
Step 3
Melt white chocolate melts following packet directions. Add 1 tbs vegetable oil and divide into 3 portions. Tint chocolate using liquid food colouring.
Step 4
Dip half of each brownie into melted chocolate.
Step 5
Attach icing eyes, or use Mentos or Tic Tac mints topped with dark chocolate writing icing.
