Butter chicken and rice bake
Switch up your usual butter chicken recipe with this easy 5 ingredient bake. Serve it with tzatziki for a refreshing yet warming winter meal.
- 2 x 400g pkts Coles Finest Creamy Butter Chicken
- 2 x 250g pkts Coles Microwave Basmati Rice
- 1/3 cup (15g) flaked coconut
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 200g tzatziki dip
Preheat oven to 200°C. Spoon the butter chicken into a 6-cup (1.5L) baking dish. Top with the rice, using your hands to break up any lumps. Spray rice with olive oil spray.
Bake for 15 mins or until the butter chicken mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake for a further 10 mins or until golden. Season.
Sprinkle with coriander and serve with tzatziki.
